Sweed is looking for an Influencer & Social Media Manager who (of course!) loves beauty. You will focus on having a close dialogue with the best makeup artists and influencers all over the world.
Responsibilities
As an Influencer & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for our collaborations with influencers, make up artists and social media accounts, including communication. This role includes finding the right influencer and makeup artists to collaborate with, excellent communication and content creator skills, sending briefs and products to our influencers and have a regular contact with them.
Main tasks include:
- Continuously find relevant influencers, makeup artists for collaboration.
- Find relevant platforms where we can grow the brand awareness.
- Full responsibility for all Social Media platforms and affiliates.
- Together with AD and CEO planning our social media account.
- Create a content calendar and a social media plan that you will follow up and update continuously.
- Budget responsibility for our social media plan and analyze the results.
- Create newsletters and take full responsibility for our "Beauty insider" - newsletters.
- Proactively work towards increasing revenue from E-mail channel.
- Work multifunctionally with our Performance Marketing team.
- Fully responsible to answer DM´s at our Social Media accounts.
Requirements:

As a person you are curious and driven by good results and you are a natural problem solver, good at prioritizing and have the ability to think outside the box. It is important that you enjoy working independently, and take your own initiatives - but can also be a contributing and committed part of a smaller team.
