Our goal at Sper is to create cities made for women. We dream of a future where women will be able to feel safe at the club, in the cab and on her way home. If you wish to make this a reality, then you are the one we are looking for. We are looking for a new team member to join Spher's development team. Currently we can only offer equity as compensation but we will soon raise our first round of investment so that we can pay the developers' a salary. You will work closely with our CTO and the product team. We are based all over the world, with the bulk of the team in Scandinavia and England. We are building our app with Flutter, thus it would be required that a candidate has previous knowledge of it. Must have: * Passion for the problem we are addressing (aligning with our goal) * Love the startup environment (speed over efficiency) * Self-going (Since its a remote work setup) * Experience developing a mobile app (in theory or in practice) Ideally, you are someone who: * Are very self-reliant and resourceful (kind of a big deal in a startup) * Studies; or have recently graduated; or have experience mobile development * Want to gain more hands-on experience with Flutter. * English is not a problem for you Tasks: * Code review, * Development of new features and bug fixes for existing and new systems * Documentation of the new features * Participate in meetings * Participate in testing * Brainstorming
