We have two teams in AD that are responsible for the development of Autonomous Driving functions. To develop and launch human-centric, safe and robust AD to customers. We collaborate with a broad interface and in close collaboration with one of the most innovative industry partners, Zenseact.

AD has the potential to fundamentally change how cars are used and will have a strong impact on the society. As a member of an AD team, you will take part in this journey and to continue to show that we are the leaders in safe, customer valued and purposeful functions.

What will you do?

We are looking for engineers that have a passion to be part of the mobile solutions for the future, Autonomous Driving, to work with the most exciting, complex and advanced function and system design.

You will use your experience and competence to develop and define robust function and system designs to ensure safe customer function behaviors and riding experience. You will collaborate with a large interface to other teams that needs to contribute to the development of the AD functions.

You will be part of a team with full responsibility for the AD function for private customers. Your colleagues have competence in function design, systemization, function realization, requirement decomposition, requirement management, function integration and function Verification and Validation (V&V) in both virtual physical test environments. The teams focus is to design, evaluate and learn fast, step by step. In AD development there is no defined and known plan to follow, making it a very exciting and challenging endeavor where learning and sharing is central.

Our teams focus is on the Customer function and to realise the full function in the car we collaborate closely with colleagues from different teams that are responsible for Driver interaction, Scenario and Safety argumentation, Sensor platform, Decision and Control as well as our AD SW partner Zenseact. All of us sharing the same goals for AD and ADAS functions

We are trying to adopt agile working principles to move fast and learn fast and we do continuous planning and we strive to demonstrate product maturity step by step to share learnings and engage support.

Do you fit the profile?

We believe that you have experience from:

• experience from ADAS function design and systemisation
• experience from verification in virtual environments (SIL/HIL)
• knowledgeable or experienced in how to apply the standards ISO26262 and SOTIF
• MSc degree in Systems, control and mechatronics, Data Science, Computer engineering, Engineering Physics or equivalent from
• Minimum 3 years of experience from the above

Meritorious is also if you have experience from:

• Matlab/Simulink, C++ or Pyhon, System weaver
• decomposing of requirements on different abstraction layers
• developing system safety documentation and argumentation
• working with architecture designs for functions and systems
• Scrum or Kanban based teamwork

You are

• fluent in English, spoken and written
• an experienced driver that enjoys the freedom of mobility the car can provide
