Supply Chain Strategist i Stockholm

To further speed up our work on developing a more integrated and demand-driven supply chain we have established a unit within the Supply Chain function, named Supply Chain Strategy & Design.  The unit has the responsibility for developing the Supply chain strategy and a roadmap for implementation. The Supply Chain Network and Flow Strategy department is responsible for our optimization of the Supply Chain network, Supply Chain regionalization program and the Supply Chain flow strategy connected to that.

We are now looking to extend our team with a “Supply Chain Strategist”, an important role in our mission to design our future Supply Chain network. The role will be a key player to drive our global and regional supply chain agenda.

Main responsibilities include:

• Drive cross-functional network initiatives and improvements.
• Manage, follow-up and deliver results according to strategic goals.
• Drive the necessary business changes connected to our strategic initiatives - through the right preparation, execution and follow-up
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams within other group functions and brand organizations to drive and align cross-projects and/or a supply chain strategic agenda
• Participate in internal- and cross functional forums to secure progress and prioritization of initiatives based on our global and regional roadmap strategies.
• Lead, inspire and motivate project members and stakeholders to deliver and contribute to the success of the initiatives

We are looking for you who have:

• Solid experience from project or program management and/or working in an environment with many stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills to analyze complex problems and data.
• A genuine interest and basic understanding of supply chain
• Basic knowledge in connections and logics around lead times, availability, service levels, inventory levels and costs.
• Good capabilities in communications and stakeholder management.
• Are curious, humble and always strive to find the best way forward
• Have a customer focused and commercial mindset in planning and decision making.
• A truly collaborative approach and a strong team player.
