Weighted Mind is an online platform aiming to simplify the connection of qualified practitioners with people seeking help for mental health. About the role You will be managing social media profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram and conducting experiments designed to improve social media engagement rates. On top of that you will be researching opportunities of scaling up our influencer marketing campaigns. You will report directly to the Head of Growth, and work closely with both the marketing team and our partners. Important aspects of the job include: * Creating and publishing content on our social media channels * Moderating our social media channels * Researching influencer marketing trends and communicating with influencers What we're looking for: * You are a digital native with understanding of social media trends and community management * You speak English at the native level You will get extra points if you have: * experience with social media influencing and/or community management * at least basic knowledge of social media analytics tools * at least intermediate knowledge of German Our selection procedure explained We will first have an informal chat to introduce Weighted Mind, the vacancy and get to know you. In the current situation this conversation will be via phone or Google Meets. During the selection procedure (of maximum two rounds), our communication will be transparent, fast and straightforward.
