The H&M group is on an exciting journey to meet and exceed our customers' expectations today, tomorrow and in the future. Rapid technological development and new customer behaviors are transforming the fashion retail industry.
Business Tech is a new modern agile product organization within the larger H&M group. We are a team of small and cross-competent teams each owning a product end-to-end with a mission to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. While being autonomous teams, we still need guidance in how to develop our solutions to be interoperable and to meet future customer needs. This is where your role comes to play.
This is a unique opportunity for you as an experienced information architect to take part in shaping the future state of the H&M Group core data objects. In this role, you will be a key player ensuring the strategic directions of the company are supported by our data structures.
As our Information Architect, you will be a part of Business Tech Data Foundation within the AI, analytics & data domain. The product area has a mission to create, structure, and guard data and ensure that it is available, understandable and of high quality. Our vision is to ensure that structured and qualitative data is available for all product areas and initiatives as well as our business functions to support H&M becoming a data driven organization.
You will join a smaller team of architects who are all passionate about the H&M Group core data objects – customer, product, supplier and enterprise structure. Together as a team, you will work on the target information models and flows for those objects in a complex landscape. You will have a chance to be involved in the larger business initiatives to validate the target models, and you will work with many different stakeholders to safeguard the technical solutions.
