Junior Business Expert working with modern app studio at H&M Group i Stockholm

We are now looking for a Business Expert to the Line of Business Application Product Team. The team provides a modern app studio that creates quick low code solutions developed in M365 PowerPlatform. The service is available to stakeholders in the whole H&M Group and the team’s mission is to empower colleagues with the tools and knowledge needed to improve their daily work.  

Responsibilities  
As a Business Expert you will, in collaboration with your team, improve the products and features for both new requests and previous deliveries. You will represent the link between your team and the business stakeholders who are in need of the team's help. You will continuously meet with them and keep them updated on the ongoing progress as well as contribute to finding out and designing the best possible solution for them. You will also support the Product Owner in developing a strong understanding of the product and defining appropriate business, product and quality metrics and key success indicators. Furthermore, you will:   

• Act as a partner to the product team and cross teams and help them derive actionable insights and product requirements  
• Have a holistic understanding of how the solutions adds value to the business  
• Content creation of training and communication material in different formats (PPT, SharePoint, newsletters etc.) 
• Identify and share best practices with other teams as well as produce necessary documentation 
• Develop a deep understanding of existing business within the area using data and user insights

• Experience of M365 as a user or admin (ex. Teams and SharePoint)  
• General business process understanding preferably from a large company 
• Great communication and coordination skills 

It’s also qualifying if you have experience within M365 PowerPlatform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
