Art Buyer to H&M STUDIOS - 1 year maternity cover i Stockholm

H&M Studios is a department where we produce all Lookbook and Still Life images for . We also produce images for H&M’s social media channels. Together with other functions within the H&M Studio and in collaboration with Sales and the assortment our goal is to create inspirational, exciting and inviting content for all our channels. We are now looking for an Art Buyer to join our team in the Photo Studio in Stockholm. This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible.

Your overall responsibilities
As an Art Buyer your main responsibility will be to source models and talents, as well as photographers and other creative players for the shoots produced in the H&M Photo Studio. Day-to-day involves model sourcing, casting, negotiations and responsible for handling budgets, estimates, invoices etc.

We believe that personality will be a great success factor in this role, therefore we are looking for someone who are an openminded and humble team player with a lot of ambition. You seek opportunities to learn and develop and you are used to work with tight deadlines in fast-paced environments. To be successful in this role we also believe that you have great knowledge and a genuine interest of international and local casting (models and talents, photographers etc.) within the industry, as well as you have excellent negotiation, communication and organization skills.

We’d love to meet someone who:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Art Buyer or Agent
• Has a wide network of contacts with agents and creatives within the fashion industry.
• Good understanding of contract work
• Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Studio shoot scheduling experience is desirable.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Previous experience of film production is meritorious
