Jr Pattern Maker to H&M Men i Stockholm

Are you a passionate and driven Jr pattern maker with an interest for the H&M Men costumer? We are now looking for a Jr pattern maker who is driven by creating the best fit and comfort, with an eye for fashion and creative details. Come and join us!   

As a Jr Pattern maker, you will work to create desired silhouettes and maintain good fit in all sizes, always with the customer in focus. Together with the product teams consisting of Designers, Product Developer, Planners and Pattern Makers, you will secure sustainability and profitability when creating the collections. You will work with diversified silhouettes and different qualities and be responsible for creating, updating, and communicating correct fit and size technical package based on customer, strategy, product type and timeline throughout the product development. In this role you will work with a wide variety of garment types and materials. 

As a Jr Pattern Maker at the men assortment you will work in a fast pace environment with new challenges and exciting projects for the male customer. We are looking for a driven and flexible Jr Pattern Maker, who has an interest in men’s fashion and want to grow and develop, to always secure fit and craftmanship for our customer. We believe you can find new ways of improving existing and new technical details, shape, and fits. We also believe that you have:   

• A degree within pattern making 
• Experience working with pattern making is a strong plus 
• Lectra Expert and CLO knowledge is highly meritorious  
• Grading knowledge 
• Are passionate about working with patterns, fit and technical solutions 
• A good eye for size & proportions  
• Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions 
• Drive, always work towards improving the product.   
• Team player but still the ability to work on your own initiative 
• Open minded and positive attitude 
• Can “think outside the box” and be a visionary for the concept
