We are right now looking two Lead Talent Acquisition Partners, who wants to be an important part of building our new global tech Talent Acquisition team! You will be leading and driving a TA team focusing on tech recruitment for H&M Group.
We are looking for two Lead TA Partners for the Tech Competence Network; Data Analysts /Business Experts and one for SAP.
About the role:
As a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll build effective relationships with stakeholders across H&M Group. You will demonstrate your ability to innovate and have a strong focus on our mission to hire top tech talents while building and coaching your team.
You will spend some time working operationally as a TA Partner but most important you will be responsible for the team’s delivery, but not have staff responsibility. Some other important tasks and responsibilities will be.
