Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to H&M Group i Stockholm

We are right now looking two Lead Talent Acquisition Partners, who wants to be an important part of building our new global tech Talent Acquisition team! You will be leading and driving a TA team focusing on tech recruitment for H&M Group.  

We are looking for two Lead TA Partners for the Tech Competence Network; Data Analysts /Business Experts and one for SAP.

About the role:

As a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll build effective relationships with stakeholders across H&M Group. You will demonstrate your ability to innovate and have a strong focus on our mission to hire top tech talents while building and coaching your team.

You will spend some time working operationally as a TA Partner but most important you will be responsible for the team’s delivery, but not have staff responsibility. Some other important tasks and responsibilities will be.

• Lead a team of TA Partners (full time and contract) to support our recruitment organization while maintaining a culture of excellence through guidance, mentorship, and career development
• Responsible for creating and managing team specific KPIs and SLAs for the competence network and drives change connected to it
• Responsible for maintaining and improving the talent delivery together with the team in their competency network
• Expert on the specific tech talent market
• Collaborate with TA Lead’s around forecasts and to secure delivery
• Drive end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a great candidate & hiring manager experience

Our work environment is international and therefore strong verbal and written English is a must. We would also see that you have:

• Experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner or TA Lead working in a global context
• Experience from recruitment within SAP and/or Analytics roles
• Experience utilizing technology to its fullest extent and focusing on efficiencies and areas of improvement
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
•  Proven successful leadership experience
