As a Product Owner / Product Manager at H&M Group you will define the strategic vision for your product and create the product roadmap based on an understanding of the target market, insights & data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company. You will set Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and KPIs that your product will drive towards. You work closely with your team in an agile way, to maximize each product’s impact on the world, always keeping customers at the heart of our focus. 
 
Things we look for:

• 3+ years of professional experience of Product Management 
  • Product roadmap development & management 
  • Product mission & OKR creation 
  • Commercial understanding
  • Market, trend, & customer analysis 
• Previous experience from an agile, customer centric product organization 
• Deep business understanding as well as strong appreciation for technology 
• Leadership and communicative skills
