You will be part of our awesome Payroll team within H&M Group Sweden. We work to be at the forefront of our payroll process, which also supports our business with other digital initiatives via our payroll system HRM Software.
This is a new role in our team, where your work will impact the content. You will be an important player, where you will handle all from requirements analysis to commissioning and maintenance of automated processes in the UiPath platform. Management and maintenance of existing processes is our first focus together with our goal of setting up new processes.
Our master data system People Data, part of SAP SuccessFactors, is today integrated with HRM Software. Via automation of processes in HRM Software, the systems are further linked to best support the business's needs.
Our robot "Mauritz" is already in place and looks forward to being managed and developed even more. Working with repetitive tasks so that our Payroll team has time to work with more value-creating tasks is his great satisfaction. "Mauritz" learns quickly, is curious and likes to work when most needed.

Your personal qualities and your open mindset to learn new things in our daily challenges, are important to us. We see that you have experience of Payroll- and HR process mapping as well as the UiPath platform. If you also have experience of HRM Software, you already are familiar with our payroll system where the processes are set up.
