Program Management, to which you would belong, is a group of experienced Program Managers that leads and supports the agile organization with large cross cutting initiatives and strategic advising.  

What you will do as an Agile Program Manager  

As an Agile Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex cross-cutting initiatives, involving many parts of Business Tech and of the global business organisation  within H&M Group. These initiatives typically require a wide range of activities from business development to tech implementation, including new product development as well as coordination of participating teams across the Group, of which many are distributed globally. The job often includes strategic analysis as well as technical and functional development.  

You are highly skilled in the general area of driving, leading and coordinating projects and programs. An additional focus in this role is within the area of supply chain. You have experience of driving change and improving value within the supply chain and end-to-end logistics processes, which could include RFID for inventory optimization, last mile fulfilment and it’s impact on the customer experience, customer order management and returns management, logistical network flows and optimizations.

- New warehouses  

- Global rollouts of ERP systems and other large platforms  

- Improvements in our global supply chain  

- Supply Chain transparency   

Your tasks consist of, but are not limited to:  

  • Leading, managing and executing large cross-cutting projects, involving colleagues from Domains, Product Areas and Product Teams across the tech organisation​ and from Business Functions in the global business organisation. Collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve complex changes that require synchronized backlogs and activities​  

  • Being responsible for planning and preparing the roll-out of programs in countries, coordinating both with regional stakeholders as well as program stakeholders, ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines​  

  • Taking ownership for planning, issue handling and all kinds of program management activities, all adapted to the agile environment within Business Tech  

Functional Knowledge:  

  • Experience and knowledge in the area of Supply Chain 

  • Agile Program/Project Management and coordination ​  

  • Stakeholder management  

  • Servant leadership​  

  • Agile methods

  • Prioritization and Planning​

  • Objectives and Key Results

  • Experience from retail processes and relevant IT platforms is a plus

We believe you have several years of experience of leading people and teams in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. You are no stranger to giving feedback, provide inspiration and to motivate others in their day-to-day work. You are well versed in the Agile methodologies and can identify interdependencies within a dynamic product landscape and complex organization. The work is executed with a focus on business results, value creation, growth, and serving customers with full ownership and accountability.  

Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator with experience of forming alliances and bringing together multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally to execute on a common mission​. You understand the need to ensure alignments of goals and plans to ensure the overall success of the projects at hand. You are eager to develop a thorough understanding of business processes and technical challenges, and you ensure learnings are documented and shared with others. Furthermore, you understand the bigger picture and work to improve the cooperation between the Business Tech organisation and other stakeholders at H&M Group.
