As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the product development process, contribute to building creative data products, drive a close dialogue with stakeholders and make sure that the product development is in line with the business need, all with a focus on improving the customer experience. You will help the H&M group to derive the most of our data assets - with ultimate accountability for the business and customer value it delivers.

You will support the team with analyses based on business- and product-related data to ensure our data products are generating actionable and valuable output for our business. You will be responsible for leading specific development projects within the team and work closely with the team’s Product Owner, to support in defining the product roadmap through your data-driven insights.

As a Business Analyst, you have great analytical skills, believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Our focus is on value creation, growth, and serving customers with full ownership and accountability to deliver exceptional customer and business results.

Your mission is to understand the data landscape and provide the team with analysis to support the business needs.

Qualifications

·       Develop a deep understanding of existing business within the area using data and user insights to build material that will make business decisions/initiatives critical to scale

·       Drive together with the Product Owner, a close collaboration with stakeholders from Business Tech and other departments within H&M Group

·       Support the team in developing a strong understanding of the product and define appropriate business, product and quality metrics and key success indicators

·       Contribute with specialized business area expertise to help improve products that solve business problems for customers and business end-users.

·       2+ years of work experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.

·       A strong motivation to work in an environment that allows and encourages you to make decisions independently and drive development forward.

·       A strong customer focus and commercial mindset.

·       An analytical, creative, and curious mindset in combination with a strong foundation in statistical methods and data processing.

·       Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a plus.

·       A team player that enjoys working together with critical stakeholders to solve any type of challenges coming your way.

·       Likes structure and the agile way of working.

This is a full-time position with a placement in Stockholm.
