I Göteborg ligger Campus Jollyroom, här finns ett stort nybyggt kontor, flera moderna lager, showroom för våra kunder samt gym och restaurang för våra medarbetare. Vi har även ett kontor i Umeå samt en fysisk butik i Stockholm Kungens Kurva. Vår personalstyrka växer löpande och utgör i dagsläget 500 fantastiska medarbetare, 300 medarbetare arbetar på heltid och resterande på behovsbasis. Möjligheten till expansion och framgång har aldrig varit större. Efter att ha vunnit nr. 1 positionen på den Nordiska marknaden har vi nu påbörjat expansionen in i Europa. Quality Agent at Jollyrooms Customer Service 

Jollyroom was founded in 2010 and now 11 years later we have a turnover of over two billion kronor. We who work here are called Jollyroomare and we have during the past year worked with our vision - To simplify life with kids. The Jollyroomare that work directly with the customer, our Customer Service Department, have an incredibly important mission linked to the vision and that is to give our customers the best possible service.

As part of our growth journey, we have now chosen to create a new role in the department, the position as Quality Agent. As a Quality Agent, you ensure that our customers receive unbeatable service and that our employees have the best competence and quality in their work.

Our customer service team today consists of agents who are stationed both in the office in Gothenburg and around Sweden as many, even after Corona, work from their home offices. Your task is to ensure that your colleagues in your team achieve their and the company's goals through coaching, training and follow-up. That they focus on the customer and quality and deliver world-class service together with the entire department. The work includes working closely with other Quality Agents, team leaders and other units to constantly develop the business further to make it easier for families with children.

Your work assignments:

  • Daily customer contact with customers to maintain cutting-edge expertise in flows
  • Support, motivate and coach colleagues in the team and on the unit
  • Hold internal trainings and workshops and contribute to good and updated training material
  • Hold coaching talks on an ongoing basis
  • Follows up data and statistics to ensure that the team and employees achieve their goals and work towards the goals of the business
  • Initiate and run projects to develop and improve our customer service
  • Work closely with other Quality Agents, 2nd Line, Team Leaders and Customer Service Manager.
  • Administrative tasks regarding staff, for example scheduling and training planning.
  • Close contact with other departments at Jollyroom and constantly strives to have good communication and improve collaborations
  • Act as a role model in all situations and work value-driven according to Jollyroom values.

We believe you have the following background:

  • At least 1.5-2 years of experience working in a customer service
  • The ability to communicate in German and English in both speech and writing
  • Great system experience and is a master of Excel
  • Experience of coaching.

In terms of personality, we believe that you are communicative, quality-conscious, unpretentious and solution-oriented. You thrive in a changing environment and in a workplace with a constant focus on development. You are independent at work and have an easy time making decisions that are in the best interests of the business.


  • Experience of working with colleagues at a distance
  • Experience of the Freshdesk or SAP systems
  • Good language skills in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish in both speech and writing.
