The main responsibilities of this new position within the e-commerce team are localizing and optimizing our digital content and site. Our plan is to expand our digital business into new markets, and you will be working closely with other functions in the e-commerce team as well as in the marketing team to define and adapt to new and current local market specific needs.

You will be a part of the CX team within the E-commerce team consisting of 6 people and growing. You will report to the E-commerce CX Manager and be based at our Head Quarter in Frihamnen, Stockholm

Main tasks:

• Ensure all site copy is correct, always localized and up to date in every market
• Develop and maintain the requirements and processes for content translations
• Coordinate & own the copy translation process working with external vendors
• Create forecasts on incoming work and build a pool of resources that match our needs (both internally and with vendors)
• Manage the relationships with translations & localization vendors
• Identify and drive projects to improve Peak Performance localization initiatives
• Coordinate various cross department projects
• Support Analytics & BI in local A/B testing

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
• At least 3 years’ experience within e-commerce at a medium to large sized online business
• Superior project management and communication skills
• Creative as well as strategic thinker who can demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Proven experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and engaging with teams cross-functionally
• Fluency in English, other languages are a big plus
• Interested in languages and language savvy
• Ability to work strategically and hands on and always be one step ahead.
