We are searching for the next team member to help us deliver on our promises. Are you our next Supply Chain Coordinator?

As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you are the expert and key function securing that our consumers receive their orders perfectly smooth and on time. To secure this performance you play a crucial role in securing master data quality and a seamless flow of such within our core systems. You enjoy working and coordinating information and data between teams, you love quality and details in everything you do, and you are not scared to push for best results to deliver on our promises and timelines.

You will collaborate with many different functions in the organization and be the main point of contact for questions related to master data, timelines, and other supply chain related topics. You will also work together with the product data team to secure that required data are set up in our ERP system and other core systems in time, as well as ensuring a smooth master data transfer between our different systems.

Another important aspect of this coordination role is to secure a seamless sample and purchase order flow together with all involved teams. Supply chain topics such as purchasing order planning, securing buying processes, and supporting the operations team on ad-hoc requests overall will round up your responsibilities.

You will be joining our wonderful supply chain team based at our headquarters in Stockholm and you will be reporting into our Senior Supply Chain Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Secure article master data quality and systems connectivity for such, always enabling ETE master data and flow to perfection
  • Secure deadlines for master data within operations
  • Support the organization in all master data related topics and questions
  • Own the sample process and purchasing order process within supply chain
  • Support within supply chain topics such as planning, buying commitments aso
  • Support operations and supply chain teams on ad-hoc basis
Skills & Requirements
  • You have min. 3 years’ experience within supply chain, operations, or similar and a bachelor’s degree from relevant education, or equivalent experience
  • You worked within FMCG, and you have a DTC background
  • Your daily correspondence language is English and you like working in an international environment
  • You have a great knowledge of ERP (SAP) and PLM (Centric) or similar systems and MS office with Excel are comfortable tools you use
  • You love details and you understand data and product flows

  • You are used to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment

  • You act efficiently, fast, and you are highly structured

  • You can take decisions with confidence, and you have strong analytical skills paired with a deep understanding of supply chain processes
