Job Description

Do you want to be part of our great Marketing & Consumer Experience team? We are now looking for an Omnichannel Consumer Experience Manager that will play an important role in how Peak Performance is presented towards our consumers across the globe.

In this role you will be responsible for driving and strengthening the brand equity of Peak Performance towards our consumers. Further your focus will be on driving brand awareness, consumer engagement and inspiration at our own stores and selected partners from an omnichannel perspective, by creating activations that stand out from the crowd.

We believe you are a passionate and curious individual with a proven track record of international marketing and retail experience (both DTC and B2B) as well as knowledge and passion for the sports & outdoor industry. Communication and building relationships are key to our success, and this is naturally one of your top skills. You have the desire to go above and beyond to achieve inspirational and engaging consumer activations. Last but not least, you are a true team player and collaborating cross functions comes naturally to you.

You will be located at our HQ in Stockholm and report to our Global Senior Consumer Experience Omnichannel Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide our partners in the export markets to drive brand awareness and pinnacle brand presentation in their markets, with a primary focus on DTC channels
  • Support the DTC team with store and community activations as well as activations for new store openings in our export markets and in the Nordics
  • Be the link between export markets and internal marketing functions and provide feedback on what is needed to serve those markets
  • Provide local insights to our global brand team, to secure an optimized marketing toolbox to ensure commercial and brand success going forward
  • Be the main contact for consumer experience related topics for our strategic key accounts in the Nordics and the B2B team
  • Build relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of industry relevant experience within marketing
  • Bachelor degree within marketing or/and similar
  • Proven skills within Direct to consumer activation & communication
  • Experience of working with expansion markets & in international teams
  • Project leading skills are a must
  • Experience from working in an omnichannel environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Good IT-user (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
