Warranty Operations 
Warranty Operations support stakeholders from retailers to supplier recovery within the warranty process. Today we manage several systems: QW90, GGC, Regress and MDKF. The systems we manage and the data they store are widely used in the quality organization as well as other parts of the company, such as Sales Company’s, Retailers, Finance, Polestar and Volvo Cars Service Business.

 
We are now taking the next step to build a premium claim handling system. To do this we need curios people that wants to drive this forward.   

Our team is also focused on claim analysis. In this area we are working with the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. So, if you want to work in an environment with changes and development in focus, this is the place to be!

What you’ll do
As a Product Owner you will be the bridge between business strategy demands and the IT development team. You will be responsible for our systems and making sure the systems fulfil the users demands. 
You will be responsible for prioritizing the work from a business perspective. To do this you listen, understand, and cooperate with the system users/stakeholders so their requirements can be fulfilled. You will lead and steer the IT development team. You will work in an agile environment together with a scrum master. You will also do hands on work in QW90 as a specialist.
