What’s in it for you
As a manager for Plant Maintenance, you will create clarity by leading and inspiring people through purpose, showing courage by taking ownership and acting with integrity and trust, and empowering teams by ensuring accountability and coaching for success. 

You will be responsible for maintenance standards and working processes in the plant and represent the plant in the global strategic Maintenance meetings. In the role you have ownership to plan department activities, implement company initiatives, handles people management and escalated people issues within your area. You will report to Head of Paint Shop VCT.

Do you fit the profile? 
We believe you have a university degree or equal education/ competence within Value Driven Maintenance. We assume that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both writing and spoken. We also think that you have significant leadership experience in a formal position, with the ability to both lead and motivate employees alongside extended knowledge in methods, tools, processes, and ways of working in the factory.

Alongside this you hold collaboration skills and build teams by applying diverse skills and perspectives to make the team grow and prosper. Another ability you as a person have is to create a motivated climate that make people to do their best contributing to achieve organizations objectives.
