About the role: Kisi is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire top technical talent to join our remote ( & international) team. This person will partner with our CTO and product managers to define new role opportunities and recruiting processes, engage high potential talent through community events/forums and drive hires through a positive candidate experience. If you are a creative and empathetic talent acquisition professional with the ability to wear many hats, Kisi may be a great fit for you! This role will report to our People Operations Manager and is remote (Europe based). Responsibilities: * Own the full cycle technical recruiting process from defining new roles and drafting job descriptions to making an offer and completing reference checks * Support headcount growth on our product and engineering teams by attracting highly skilled candidates through sourcing and tech community events and forums * Partner with our product hiring teams and managers to build a positive and attractive candidate experience * Implement and own recruiting metrics; Proactively make suggestions to improve our recruiting efficiency * Support building our employer brand and make Kisi an employer of choice by global product and tech professionals About you: * 1-2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, either in an agency or in-house environment * Experience working with developers and product teams; Ability to speak their language :) * Experience working with recruiting tools such as ATS (Recruitee), Linkedin Recruiter and other job boards * Naturally curious, especially about startups and technology * Ability to creatively problem solve and adapt quickly * You possess excellent and compelling verbal and communication skills and style
