What you’ll doAt Specsavers, we’re as ambitious as you are. But we’re not only keen to find new talent – we want to nurture it, too. Providing you with the skills you need in the early stages of your career to succeed and make your dream career ; Our New Talent Programme enables you to see what’s possible – by providing you with a wide range of opportunities and support to take your career to the next level.What you’ll getAs part of the New Talent Programme, you’ll complete two six-month placements in different business areas such as marketing, finance, design, or human resource, to name a few. Working in different roles, you’ll gain a deep insight into everything we do here at Specsavers. This will set you up for future success on your career path, as we’ll give you all the support you need to find your true career ; You’ll receive 12 months of structured development. For the first six months, you’ll be working in a specialised function in one of our country offices near you. Fridays will be dedicated to your career development, with a customised development plan and activities with your fellow programme peers from Northern Europe and the UK. We’ll decide your next role together for the remaining six months and do a host of events before you move into your permanent role in the business.Who you are

• You’re in the early stages of your career or looking to explore new options
• You got a passion and dedication to drive your own career path
• A high level of energy and motivation to contribute to the team
• A confident communicator, a great listener, and a curious mind
• Willingness to challenge constructively and to be challenged to keep improving
• A commitment to constant learning and self-improvement
• Not afraid to take risks, embrace a challenge and learn from mistakes along the way
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have the flexibility to adapt to change.
