Based in the Stockholm office you will head and assume overall responsibility for the development and innovation of AIG’s product offerings within Financial Lines.
Primary role-related responsibilities

• Lead and develop product combinations for specific markets and segments aligned with client needs

• Manage and cultivate broker relationships including specific broker agreements within D&O, Cyber and PI
• Oversee all wording topics of the underwriting teams
• "End to End" responsibility for product launches or product updates
• Promote AIG to customers and brokers as a flexible "solution provider"
• Collaborate closely with AIG’s EMEA product development and innovation colleagues
• Create, manage, and implement an end-to-end process for management of all policies and endorsements from draft versioning through to filings
• Collaborate and establish effective cooperation with various stakeholders including Product Leads, Underwriting, Operations, IT, Legal and CUO
• Monitor and act on key regulatory and legislative developments and requirements.
• Drive implementation and maintenance of forms library ensuring forms catalogue is up to date and fit for purpose.
• Assist and support in digitalization initiatives

Position RequirementsAside from relevant academic qualifications, candidates will boast several years’ experience in driving developments within Financial-Lines from an underwriting, claims management or product development role.This role will suit candidates who possess a good mix of creativity, drive, and passion for innovation.
