Packaging Solution Business Expert, H&M Group i Stockholm

We are now looking for a Business Expert to strengthen our team!  

You will be part of a high performing and motivated team that listens to each other, embraces diverse perspectives, and always finds a way forward together. The mission is defined as planning our capacity and optimizing allocation with a high degree of automation, integration and transparency in our collaborative network. You will be working closely with Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders, helping to make sure that the product development is in line with the business need.  

Responsibilities  
As a Business Expert, you will support the Optimized Packing and Packaging product team and help them derive actionable insights and product requirements by applying your deep expertise of packaging solution. You will help improve products that solve business problems for customers and identify new product features based on business opportunities. You will also support the product owner in developing and testing hypotheses to explain both macro and micro trends and opportunities. You are a vital part of helping the product owner to develop a strong understanding of the product and define appropriate metrics and key success indicators. You will also:    

• Further develop a deep understanding of existing business within the area using data and user insights to build material that will make business decisions/initiatives critical to scale 
• Test the efficacy of new product releases and features 
• Support in the definition of acceptance criteria & perform UAT 
• Support the product team with feature testing when needed 
• Work with continuous quality improvement.

Who are you?  
To contribute as a Business Expert, we believe you have the ability to apply innovative solutions for packaging related to sustainability, package material and optimization of the sizing and protection. You understand the full flow and life cycle of a package from manufacturer to the customer and have an excellent understanding of the tech tools and software within the field. With your communicative ability you align with stakeholders to release and roll out solutions to meet end users’ expectations to achieve desired outcome. In order to reach our aim of eliminating plastic and overflow packaging, you have excellent understanding of different materials used for packaging. We also believe you have:   

• Excellent understanding of organizational setup for packaging organization as well as different roles 
• Understanding of important packaging data which will enable us to make informed decisions and find improvements 
• Ability to develop requirement specifications for packaging and to communicate it with stakeholders 
• Experience with packaging optimization by providing the proper primary, secondary and tertiary packaging to ensure the quality and security of the product but at the same eliminate air in our packaging 
• Knowledge of selecting the right amount and type of packaging for the environment & supply chain  
• Knowledge to develop solution from ideation to release. This includes the ability to collect, analyze business needs and users’ insights into product requirements and ensure the quality of the delivery by setting acceptance criteria and perform end-user testing 
• Knowledge of the supply chain 
• A relevant degree in Packaging would be an added advantage.
