Job summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) offers a complete set of Cloud services that enable companies of all sizes to run virtually everything in the Cloud: from mobile applications, big data analytics & artificial intelligence platforms or microservices & serverless based infrastructures to enterprise-grade applications.

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to join the AWS ISV & SaaS Sales Team in Nordics. Our team works with the leading ISVs (Independant Software Vendors) and SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) customers in the Nordics and Baltics. We help these customers make more impactful use of AWS and grow their respective businesses.

In this role you will have the exciting opportunity lead a team of 6-10 people to help drive the growth and shape the future of emerging cloud technology. The ideal candidate will possess Sales Management, Leadership, Account Management, OR Business Development background that enables them to drive success within a team of account managers and engagement at the CxO level with customers.

You should have a demonstrated ability to hire & develop teams, think strategically and analytically about business, and technical challenges as well as build and convey compelling value propositions.

Roles and responsibilities:
· Hire and develop a highly skilled sales team.
· Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
· Develop and execute against a regional sales plan.
· Accelerate customer adoption.
· Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
· Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
· Ensure customer satisfaction.


· Relevant experience of technology sales, account management, or business development
· BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
· Demonstrable achievement of targets paralleled with continuous advancement in career


· Direct field experience in working with enterprise or ISV customers in the Nordics is a plus
· Sales experience with cloud, virtualization, or infrastructure solutions are a plus
· Extensive customer network throughout the Nordics is a plus
· Additional language skills are a plus
