Each year we add stores and digital channels in new and existing markets and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations, and consolidations. The Expansion department is here to support in adding meaningful growth. We are responsible, in partnership with our brands, for all aspects of creating and maintaining a healthy and relevant customer experience and store portfolio; we lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and constantly follow-up on the existing portfolio. We add new stores and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations, and consolidations.
As a Lease Manager in Sweden, you are part of the Nordic Lease & Legal team within the Expansion Department, which supports all brands within the H&M Group. You are responsible for executing on the expansion strategy and targets in the market, undertaking negotiations and setting the foundation for collaboration and alignment across departments regarding both strategy and projects. You will work closely with the Nordic Expansion Manager and together with the team you will manage the store portfolio which includes new locations as well as existing stores. On this journey you will be a key player in collaboration with external partners as well as internal stakeholders to create the best possible omni customer experience in a geographical area.

Qualifications:
The position is a full-time and located in our Support Office in Stockholm, Sweden. Ideally, you have the flexibility to relocate within the Nordic region in the future, however, this is not a requirement.
