Consumer Service Representative i Stockholm

Peak Performance is looking to strengthen its growing consumer service team at our headquarters in Stockholm. We are looking for a bright and dedicated service professional to join our team full-time to support our E-Commerce/end-consumers.

As our new Consumer Service Representative, you will become part of a talented and dynamic team. We are at the heart of the consumer-facing operations from where we support our consumers across 15 markets. For us, the consumer always comes first.

You will gain extensive knowledge of Peak Performance, our products, the retail industry, e-commerce, and operations. We want you to become an expert representative for Peak Performance, providing exceptional service to our consumers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Consistently delivering the best possible consumer service by:

• Resolving queries via e-mail, phone, chat, and social media
• Continuously improving the service we provide through the optimization of processes or service applications
• Navigating/Coordinating between ecom, logistics, warehouse, carriers, legal and the consumer, ensuring orders are up to date, providing (international) documentation, and resolving operational issues
• Advising and guiding consumers with expert recommendations on products & purchases through the shopping experience
• Engaging in upselling and assisting with aftersales
• Taking a proactive approach to solving queries and following up to ensure timely resolution
• Processing orders and returns on time
• Checking and handling payments
• Overseeing back-office tasks ranging from reporting, monitoring fraudulent orders, returns, and claims

• High level of Swedish and English. Other languages are a plus.
• Proficient computer skills
• Office365 is a must, Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb information on products and e-marketing/promotional systems
• Familiar with and passionate about Peak Performance and the market they appeal to
• Knowledge of the fashion industry advantageous
• 1-2 years of experience from retail sales
