Volvo Cars Service Business is on a transformation journey and we at Service concepts play a vital role in making transformation happen. Service Concepts is a unit within Volvo Cars Service Business, Service Operations & Technology. Our purpose is to drive transformation of the service network by developing and implementing sustainable service concepts that drives profitability, efficiency and enables service excellence for our consumers. For example, we own and implement the Customer Service Process, the Volvo Personal Service concept and the Damage Repair concepts and methods. We also drive digitalization of our Customer Service Process and our service and repair processes. Now we need a new colleague to our team. 

Your mission
As Insurance Developer, your main responsibility will be our insurance package. Included in this responsibility will be to create global alliances with stakeholders in the insurance- and estimation business, and to deliver strategies, concepts, and products within the Damage Repair insurance area to National Sales Companies (NSC) and Importers. 

What you will do

You will maintain and develop the insurance business on market and on a global level, establish best in class knowhow around the Damage Repair insurance business and develop and maintain the relationship with insurance companies. 
You will support the markets with insurance knowledge and insurance dialogue, help to establish an insurance role as well as develop, manage and maintain the insurance data from global to market level.
You will Co-operate and work closely with internal stakeholders within the insurance area and continuously conduct business, macro- and competitor analysis.
Among other tasks are deliver strategies, concepts and products within the Damage Repair insurance area to National Sales Companies (NSC) and Importers, acquire insurance claim data, collect and deliver insurance statistic and make analyses to support key stakeholders in Central and markets.

Who you are

You have a University degree or equivalent and experience and a good holistic understanding about the vehicle insurance claim business. 
Experience within Automotive and/or Insurance business is meritorious. 
You have excellent qualities in networking, strong driving force, good presentation skill, Swedish driver’s license B, Excellent skills in PowerPoint or similar presentation programs and you are fluent in English. Additional languages are meiterious. 
You have analytical skills, an entrepreneurial and strategic mind-set, are customer focused and enjoy developing business, people, and processes.
