We are looking for a passionate Digital Product Owner for the Public Cloud Enablement product who can deliver outstanding business value. You will head the Public Cloud Enablement product within the Platform Products cluster at Volvo Cars. The Public Cloud Enablement product supports Volvo Cars in enabling the cloud strategy by building, maintaining and adjusting the cloud foundation platforms in close co-operation with business stakeholders as well as Platform colleagues. 

As a Product Owner you need to be a role model by utilizing agile methods and SAFE framework principles to create business value continuously. And of course, have lots of fun while doing it!

What you’ll do 
As a Product Owner, you are in constant dialogue with our business stakeholders globally, the IT community and with external parties to understand their needs and to set strategies and translate strategy into architecture and cloud solutions. The services are supporting all parts of our business, so securing operational stability and excellence is a vital part of the role. 

The Public Cloud Enablement product makes sure that Public clouds are used in a safe, efficient and robust way in order to have a stable platform while upholding relevant polices and frameworks. 

Your main responsibilities will be to develop, articulate, and consistently emphasize the short- and long-term vision, roadmap and backlog of the product to the product team and relevant stakeholders. You will own, prioritize and facilitate the refinement of our product’s backlog to ensure that the agile product team is delivering the right enhancements to drive customer and/or business value. 

You will manage our suppliers and optimize the cooperation model with them. Finally, you will manage financials associated with the assigned digital product and proactively develop the product strategically with a focus on long-term sustainability and exceeding high standards. 

Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for a Product Owner who wants to drive change, both in ways of working, cost, how we organize as well as how we operate in a global environment. You have experience of a leading position - driving digital product strategy as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar for a minimum of 2 years. 

You have a technical interest and documented experience of working with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services. You have worked with suppliers and are comfortable with the dialogues related to both critical operations and development. You are experienced in agile development methodologies (SAFe or similar) and working in product teams. 

You are data driven in your approach to decision making and measuring your successes. Lastly, you are fluent in English, both verbally and written.
