The Continuous Integration teams are responsible for providing the infrastructure needed to enable a continuous flow of high quality embedded systems. This means development of our test automation framework, tools and alignment and development of the continuous integration (CI) for the solutions developed within Connected Experience. This includes among others head unit, displays, audio and connectivity.   

We are now looking for a Product Owner that can guide these teams in delivering optimal value for our users. You will need to have close cooperation with many stakeholders e.g. other developing teams and managers. You need to understand the need from developers and be able to realize that in our CI together with your two teams.

 
Who are you?
You have solid technical background with understanding and experience in software development. You are skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You could carry a MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Furthermore you are strategic- and business-minded. We think that you have experience working as a Product Owner and experience from agile software development and understanding in the areas of efficient software test methods. It is preferably if you have experience from working in an international, multi-site environment.
 
As a person we think you are self-driven and reliable, cooperative and transparent. You have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, in written and spoken English, with technical development teams as well as with managers and business teams. You are result and customer oriented.

    
You would carry a minimum a B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent along with 5 years of  software- and/or Continuous Integration development. You would bring experience from product management. You would be fluent in English (written and spoken). You will also bring experience of agile methodologies and concepts like DevOps, Kanban and Scrum.

We would like for you to bring your analytical skills from your experience into this role, that your are also an effective communicator, likes to collaborate and strive to always be engaged.

Futhermore, what would be very beneficial for this role is if you have experience working in Azure.
