Your contribution to something big

• You will be a key person in the team responsible for the infrastructure and day to day running of the R&D lab in Tranås
• You will be a central part in the expansion of the lab, responsible for the specification & investments of test rigs, coordination of suppliers and future maintenance
• You will be partially responsible for calibrating the test rigs/equipment in the lab
• You support multiple test users with basic rig training and problem solving

What distinguishes you

• You have a strong technical background combined with practical experience of working in a lab or similar environment
• Experience combining multiple simpler systems into a complex end device is an advantage (control systems, electronics, IT systems (software/hardware), plumbing/ventilation etc.)
• Knowledge & experience with heat pumps is an advantage
• Experience in leading projects & subcontractors/suppliers is an advantage.
• You take responsibility for your own work and use your own initiative to find solutions.
• The role requires good communication as well as written and spoken English skills
• Swedish is an advantage
