Klarna’s Graduate Program: What is it?

The Klarna Graduate Program is designed to provide a fast track for management and leadership skills development to its participants, The Graduate Program is centered around rotations, during 12 months you will work in two different teams. We’ll provide you with an intense and practical, cross-functional experience accompanied by a conducive learning environment, to accelerate your growth and development. You will get to explore Klarna’s business and products while also mastering the skills needed to succeed in this fast-paced startup environment.

We employ the perfect blend of business process knowledge, verticalized expertise, and technical acumen all rolled into one and articulated in four skills: Consulting, Solution Architecture, Project Management, and Technical Excellence. As masters of these core skills, we provide a reassuring and competent touch throughout the onboarding journey while also delivering high-quality integrations.

Qualifications | Who can participate?

• Graduates with a maximum of three years of working experience are eligible to apply 
• Applicants must have a Master's degree, MBA, or  Postgraduate degree.

Skills & Experience Required | Who you are

• You have experience and understanding of XML, HTML, REST API (preferred);
• You are familiar with e-commerce shop systems or payment systems (preferred);
• You have experience in either technical integration, technical support, or similar roles (preferred);
• You have a passion for solving problems (required);
• You have a genuine curiosity and good technical understanding (required);
• You have an excellent ability to listen and communicate with different audiences (required);
• You are able to handle clients' situations in a confident yet humble way based on facts and data (required);

Role Description | What you will do

• Ensure our merchants’ smoooth experience while they implement our products and solutions;
• Ensure high quality in our integrations; 
• Work closely with our merchants and sales colleagues;
• Utilize your strengthened knowledge about the e-commerce and payment industry to provide feedback on Klarna’s products.
