Due to your contributions to the area you will be recognized as an important player in the Cybersecurity field. 

We are now looking for Product Owner within Cybersecurity and Privacy. If you have a passion for Cybersecurity in embedded system and are inspired by our mission to give our customer a better car experience every day, then keep reading!

 
What you’ll do
In this role you will use your deep knowledge to create and enhance the protective measures that we implement in vehicle embedded systems and extended-vehicle connectivity services. You will lead the developing and maintaining a Cybersecurity and Privacy Management Process that is aligned with applicable laws, standards and best practices. It will be on your response to translate subjective expectations about e.g. legal requirements and best practices to objective requirements and standardizations that are delivered within the company and maintained over time.

You will be the owner of the Shared Cybersecurity team’s backlog and together with the team you will prioritize it continuously and handle the interfaces towards backlog stakeholders. You will also represent the customer view,  communicate the value for the team and take higher level program plans and priorities into account to plan for the execution of the back-logg together with Chief Product Cybersecurity Officer. 
 
You and Your Skills 
You are curious and want to contribute to develop ground-breaking technology! You have experience within the field of Cybersecurity and privacy by design and a strong understanding for the digital threat landscape of a connected vehicle. Further, we see that you have B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Software, Electrical or Computer engineering, or other relevant area/experience combined with understanding of the Cybersecurity mechanisms and function development as well as relevant experience of developing Cybersecurity solutions in vehicle or another embedded environment. It will be highly beneficial if you are experienced in working as a Product Owner within agile development in Volvo Cars.

As a person you are customer focused and committed to deliver high quality. You are flexible and have the ability to proceed your work without having all facts at hand before you start. Building relations come naturally for you and in order to gain technical insights, you will build a network that includes people from all areas in the company. You have excellent communication and documentation skills.
