You will support the Launch of a completely new platform in production. You will work in an environment where you combine working with product development and manufacturing with a possibility to build networks within several parts of the company, collaborating also with other Solutions (mainly ConX and SVA). 

What you will do
The Launch team within the SW & Electronics Platform organization is a global team supporting Launch activities in the plants where we are the representative for the Software and Electronics (SWEP) organization. As a Product Owner for the Launch team you will collaborate with and support the Local Launch Leaders in the plants. You will prioritize the backlog for the launch team when we work with two parallel launches of our new platform. You will partly act as a scrum master where you will also work with improving the efficiency in our ways of working. You will collaborate closely with the PO and team members in our Current Quality and Site Product Quality teams. You will report both to the PM and Manager for Solution Support. 

As we are launching SPA2 in Chengdu and Charleston you will be the connection point between our ARTs and the Launch Leaders where you will play an important role to handle issues quickly considering time differences between the plants and the ARTs in Gothenburg.

You need to be an analytical person with an internal drive to find root causes to issues, be able to extract the most important parts and present it clearly. Of course this will be done with your team and in a collaborative way where our can take any part, the more team leading one (delegating) or the more hands on role, all depending on workload, ability and skills within the whole team.
