Your mission: Create consumer offers that will grow Volvo Cars into the future.
Volvo Cars is on an ambitious journey, redefining car ownership and mobility and we are looking for a Specification Manager to join our Commercial Design team within Consumer Offer, Product Creation. 

Our Commercial Design team works in close collaboration with the Car organization, delivering product specifications and feature business for both New Car and Lifecycle programs.

You will be part of a team that today mainly focuses on the existing car wholesale business and tomorrow will focus fully on all products and services directly offered to our consumers. This change has already begun, and you will be part of the team shaping the further journey ahead.

What you will spend time on
You make sure our car offers are attractive for our consumers and viable for our business. You will get to know our consumers and current offers, which will be essential when establishing commercial clarity on what’s next. 

Examples of activities to drive are:

• Be part of the project team securing feature business and creating the next product offer for our cars
• Create a relevant market specification for our products together with the project team and our regions, working continuously with business and revenue optimization work by creating scenarios and business cases
• Create sales analysis for customer facing features to our main stakeholders
