This is a permanent position starting immediately and you will be located in our office in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity to really impact on what is set in the field to the consumers forks.

This is what you will do

As the Brand & Portfolio Manager for Baking & Pancakes you are our rising star that will bring current and future product assortment to growth in all Nordic countries and cross-channels (Business to Business, Business to Consumer and Food Service). You will have full ownership in developing the most successful go-to-market plans with our portfolio and implement them with solid data from our clients- and consumer needs. This includes maximize effect of category and shopper activities in all our channels. Additionally, you will be the responsible project leader for bringing ideas to products and working cross-functional with stakeholders to drive the strategy and plan.

You will have a broad network both within our organization as well as externally. Some of your contact points will be with our agencies where you will create effective, meaningful communication and design. Your primary contacts internally include product development, local trade marketing, sales, procurement, quality assurance and production - and of course the marketing & portfolio department.

It does not have to stop there. Many of our launches might travel internationally and we wish you to be the accelerator for growth! Mergers and acquisitions and partnerships, that strengthen our strategic plan – are also in the work scope.

You will be a part of an energized, engaged, and competent marketing & portfolio team. You will report to Category Director, Baking & Pancakes.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• Academic degree preferably within marketing or other relevant background
• A couple of years experience working within a similar Brand & Portfolio position, preferably within FMCG-company
• Relevant experience within sales is an advantage
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Project management skills and hands on experience: ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality business results
• Fluent in Swedish and English in both writing and verbal, since you will be communicating in these languages
