This is what you will do

We offer you an exciting role in an international group, where you can bring your experience and have great opportunity to develop Lantmännen’s Reward and HR topics.

As a Total Reward Specialist at Lantmännen you will be part of our Group Total Reward Team and participate in the development and implementation of new and existing Reward strategies, programs, and principles. We have an opening for one Compensation Lead and one Pension and Benefits Lead.

In the Compensation Lead position, you will be doing compensation analysis, prepare job evaluation and formulate offers, take Lead on development of our global job architecture.

In the Pension and Benefit position, you will take lead in our global processes Group Short-term and Long-term incentive program both driving the coordination of activities and stakeholder management. You will also be the process lead of pension and insurances.

Lantmännen HR is on an exciting journey to continue developing our people tools and processes in our People platform Workday. In both Total Reward roles, you will contribute in this project within the Reward area.

The position is located at our head office on Kungsholmen, Stockholm and you report to the Head of Total Reward.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Behavioral Sciences, Economy or Law
  • 5-7 years’ experience of working tactically and operationally within the Reward / Compensation & Benefits areas. Preferably both as a consultant and as a Reward/C&B Specialist in an international company.
  • Project management experience where you have been working in cross-functional settings with stakeholder management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint required.
  • Knowledge of Workday is a bonus.

  • A proactive and result- oriented individual with a high commitment to quality and driving results while managing multiple, and at times, competing priorities.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with internal stakeholders. You have good communication/interpersonal skills and are skilled in adjusting your style and delivery to various audiences, always with a positive attitude.
  • Analytic and insightful, you break down and analyze information efficiently and suggests realistic and practical solutions. You enjoy taking a holistic view whilst also having attention to detail.
