Your mission is to lead initiatives that pave the way for Volvo Cars’s commercial transformation!


As our business develops and grows, we are looking for a passionate Initiative lead & Business Analyst in the area of Commercial Finance (a part of the Digital Finance area). You will work together with commercial, digital and finance stakeholders to lead new commercial initiatives and make sure our solutions are user friendly, effective and delivered with quality.


You can be located either in Gothenburg or Stockholm, Sweden.


What you’ll do 
Driving an initiative includes planning and structuring the work, communication to and with Product-, UX- and Process delivery teams as well as other stakeholders. An initiative could for example be to introduce a new subscription offer - then your mission would be to secure that we launch with quality. 


Responsibilities include leading initiatives so that communication, meetings, reporting and documentations are handled efficient and with high quality. You will coordinate dependencies across the organization, identify and solve blockers and manage discussions on how to optimize for high quality deliveries.


Do you fit the profile? 
You have either been driving development as a Product Owner or equivalent or been working with operational finance processes for a minimum of 3 years. You are used to managing complex initiatives with many dependencies and stakeholders. You have a business perspective and the ability to describe desired outcome as well as operational process needs.


Furthermore, we believe that you are experienced in Order-to-cash, Purchase-to-pay and Record-to-report process improvements. You have worked with financial ERP-systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA. As you will work closely with Product teams we believe you have a strong agile mindset with previous experience from strong product organizations.


Lastly, we believe that you have a higher education, preferably within finance, and excellent skills in English, both verbally and written.
