What we offer 

In our department within Safe Vehicle Automation, we are several teams of dedicated and skilled engineers creating tomorrow’s platform solutions for our active safety and self-driving vehicles. Our Agile Release Train (ART) Autonomous Drive & ADAS Platform develops the sensor and software platform that enables development and deployment of functionality such as Collision Avoidance, Automatic Parking and Autonomous Driving.

We are now looking for Scrum Masters that will join our journey in creating the world-class platform that will enable delivery of autonomous drive features. You will have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to make an impact in solving the “engineering problem of the century”.

We are looking for strong leaders that will help us creating high performance teams.

What you will do

You will work closely with our teams to ensure the value flow and optimize collaboration and output efficiency for 2-3 teams. As Scrum master you will facilitate the scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospective, refinement as well as supporting the team in risk mitigation and resolving impediments.

As a leader you have high focus on coaching in team collaboration and development and helping the team to unleash its full skill set. You will work closely with the other Scrum Masters and RTE’s in our ART. You will be a part of the trio Team Manager-Product Owner-Scrum Master to nurture empowered teams.

What you bring in

You are a technically oriented person with experience within our area and have passion for developing people and teams. You enjoy being part of a team, yet you eagerly take a leadership role to guide the team to reach its full potential. You thrive in working in a collaborative environment and building networks across the organization and you are a driven self-motivated person who wants to see results in your own work as well as the teams’.

The qualifications that you bring in are an academic background as B Sc or M Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar with experience from industry SW development projects and you have minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or as leader in agile development. You have deep knowledge in agile methods and communication skills to bring this mindset to your teams. As we are a truly international team, we see you have excellent English skills being fluent both verbally and in writing. Meritorious is certification as Scrum Master and previous experience of tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
