About us

Join us as Product Owner (PO) within the new Power Electronic ART. We are responsible for the development of state-of-the-art power electronic system solutions from on-board chargers to DC/DCs.

The newly created Power Electronic ART ​will deliver power electronics for all derivatives of electric propulsions within Vehicle Propulsion. This includes development of Electric Drive inverters, on-board chargers and DC/DCs from concept to industrialization phase.

What you will do

We are now looking for a Product Owner (PO) to strengthen the Power Conversion teams working towards current and future platforms. The position will be part of the ACDC and DCDC team consisting of a Scrum Masters, HW designers and System Designers.

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for the technology in two of our development teams (ACDC and DCDC team). The main responsibility is to maximize value-added work by deciding upon priorities in the Team Backlog from a technical and business perspective.

The Product Owner will also participate in the development of acceptance criteria for stories and draft them when feasible. In addition, coordinate content dependencies with other Product Owners is an important task within the role. You will also participate as a member of the extended Product Management team and review and contribute to the program-level vision, roadmap, and content presentations. Taken ownership of the products and deliveries is key in this role.

About you

You are passionate about cars, both from a customer and technical point of view. You have a high level of engagement and a strong enthusiasm. It is crucial to be good at cross-functional work and networking, since collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be part of your daily work, hence you need to possess great communication and cooperation skills. You need to be structured and have leadership and organizational skills, to lead and guide the development in desired direction.

You and your skills

• MSc degree in Electrical engineering or similar

• Experience working as an electrical design engineer in automotive industry

• Leadership experience, i.e., as a scrum master or similar technical lead.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Driver’s license (B)
