Roles & Responsibilities

Experience of agile ways of working
Experience working with ITSM tools & processes in general and Service Now experience
Certified in IT operations, e.g. ITIL (good to have)
You will be responsible for the day-to-day managing a technical support team to achieve business objectives including the attainment of service levels, resolution time, and project deadlines
You will take full accountability of Support operations and work cross-functionally with all product teams to help handle escalations and serve as a bridge between multiple product development and support team
Provide innovative contribution within the team by coming up with ideas to automate repetitive work
Proactively work with the operations team to find solutions for improvement
Experienced in process improvement, opportunity identification and resolution & implementation of change programs
Develop right culture and grow high performing support team
Effectively allocate resources to resolve problems/incidents based on priority
Extensive incident & problem management experience in a production environment
Personal Qualities - Working under Stress,(key production systems incidents), Focus, Service Oriented, Collaborating with multiple teams and self-motivated
Ensure that tickets/incidents are resolved by the resources in team within the allocated time frame – Meeting SLA
Timely publication of reports and metrics to stakeholders  of reusable components or documents created

Excellent in English, both written and spoken
