Marketing Analytics - let’s introduce ourselves
The Marketing Analytics Team is a talented team with strong data analytics capabilities and a deep understanding of the consumer. It supports the entire Marketing & Brand organisation with the right data, results, and insights. The team’s purpose is to provide measurement and analysis on campaign, brand, and marketing performance, as well as input and insight into upcoming campaigns and marketing activities.


Data Analytics Lead – this is what you’ll do
As the Data Analytics lead, you will play a critical role in defining, maintaining, and developing the reporting and insights of the Volvo Cars marketing performance. You will collaborate closely with data analysts and data scientists to transform and optimize our ways of working.


Furthermore, you will develop the global analytics hub that will report upon the performance of campaigns and marketing activity across our markets. You will need to combine different measurements from across the consumer journey to understand the return of investment of our campaigns and show this within a set of dashboards and reports. You will ensure that insights and analysis are provided to key stakeholders.

The team is now expanding, and we are looking for a team player with a pragmatic can-do attitude and enjoys problem solving. In this role, it’s your ambition, experience & strategic drive that matter.  You have working experience with marketing analytics tools and AdTech platforms. You are able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and work to deadlines.


Further, you have a passion for marketing, data and can decompose complex solutions and insights into a simple narrative for the rest of the company.

Qualifications:
•    5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
•    3+ year of experience in Marketing/Media analytics, ideally in a lead role
•    Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills 
•    Strong knowledge of other data related areas, including data science and data engineering 
•    Experience from working in a global/regional organization.
•    Working experience with key analytics and media platforms (Google Analytics, Campaign Manager)
•    You’re able to work in BI Platforms, such as Tableau, Power BI and Data Studio
•    Good working knowledge of marketing analytic techniques such as mixed marketing modelling, attribution modelling, etc.
