Lantmännen IT is on currently on an exciting journey where we continuously are building and strengthening our inhouse competencies. The Information and IT Security team is responsible for managing the systematic work with information security throughout the entire Lantmännen Group.

In the position as Information Security Risk Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving our risk management process. You support and lead the group’s business units in questions regarding information security risk management – both on an operational, tactical, and strategic level. You act according to Lantmännen’s risk management framework and its methodologies, includes identifying, assessing, and treating risks within our various businesses, with the goal of having risk management as part of our business processes.

Our businesses are diverse and operate within different sectors such as agriculture, machinery, food, energy, and real estate. Through close collaboration you will get unique insights in a broad range of industries where you will be acting as an advisor and lead our businesses in identifying and achieving an acceptable risk level for their organizations.

Additionally, you will work with the processes for information security risk management and be part of developing accurate tools that meet our needs and requirements within the field. We are currently in the starting block to introduce system support for Risk Management using the ServiceNow platform. You will be a key player in communicating about risk management, creating an understanding about the costs of accepting or mitigating risks and the rationale behind that decision.

You will be one of two Information Security Risk Managers, part of the Information and IT Security team within Lantmännen IT – a group function covering all business units and you will report to Head of Information and IT Security (CISO). The position is located at our head office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. Within Lantmännen IT, we offer a hybrid workplace.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• Solid experience from working with risk management, either from a role within a larger, global organization or from a consulting firm.
• Hands-on experience with information and IT security, risk assessments, information security controls, or information security standards such as ISO 27001
• Experience from working in large and complex organizations.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

You are:

• A person with high integrity and drive. You have the ability to plan and follow up on work tasks independently.
• Comfortable and capable of leading workshops and communicate with both executive stakeholders as well as technicians
• Process driven with the ability to challenge existing ways of working and status quo, with the aim of continuous improvement.
