  • With us you will take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team for Logistics: Strategy, Projects, and Process Improvements. Your team has responsibility for the logistic relevant strategy and development in the information and material flow as well as for connected controlling processes
  • Here you will work on the optimization of the integrated logistics processes by implementing projects and improvements with a focus on lean principles, SAP R/3, digitalization, and Industry 4.0
  • Cross-departmental coordination and support with regards to logistical challenges in material and information flow, comprehensive coordination, project, and process responsibility as well as documentation are within your scope of work
  • Another part of your job is the logistics controlling for both the plant and the business unit

Kravspecifikation
  • Education: University degree (preferably Master or higher) in the field of economics, industrial engineering, business administration, ideally with a focus on logistics/IT
  • Personality: Persuasive and assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, resilience, creativity, and willingness to learn
  • Working method: Strong ability to work conceptually and independently, highly analytical, as well as team- and result-oriented
  • Experience and know-how: Several years of professional experience in the field of logistics, ideally several years of management experience, very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R/3. Very good knowledge in MS Office, ideally experience in process mining

Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is required. We will put high emphasis on personal characteristics when filling the position.
