Your contribution to something big

• Create service related documentation such as service manuals, alarm lists and function descriptions. Function description is a detailed description of all functions in the heat pump controllers. This requires a tight collaboration with corresponding engineering functions, especially software development.
• Publish content in our digital distribution channels
• Document service information and useful service hints
• Document problem solving articles
• Monitor progress in problem solving teams in order to inform the markets

What distinguishes you

• Knowledge of the English language, written and verbal, on a professional level

• Ability to convey and deliver messages effectively
