What we do
In many markets, B2B sales stands for a majority share of the total sales. The B2B Sales team is focusing on the sales both in the wholesale channel as well as online, ensuring the direct-to-consumer transformation. As of today, we have launched our online sales platform for B2B Sales in Sweden and United Kingdom, initially targeting SME customers. Going forward, more B2B segments and markets will be launched with the online sales platform. To ensure the success of this journey, we are now looking to strengthen the team focusing on Go-to-market & Growth. 

 

What you will do
You will be responsible for launching our online sales platform in new markets as well as new features in existing markets. You will do this by collecting and prioritizing local market requirements and ensuring that all business requirements can be executed on. The work will involve training and evolving sales practice as well as mobilizing the retailer network. You will be working closely with key internal stakeholders across multiple global functions and local market organizations to ensure market readiness. You will also be responsible for continuously collecting feedback and actionable insights to enable agile product development.

 

You will also;
•    track local activities needed for a successful launch 
•    be SPOC for local teams and organize their involvement
•    Secure success of new market & feature launches
•    Support product managers by providing input from local markets for the development of new features/solutions

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
•    M.Sc. in Business or Engineering and strong academic track record
•    >2 years’ experience of business development in relevant industry with tangible results 
•    Practical experience of agile working methods, digital development and e-commerce or digital consumer services 
•    Strong relationship builder with ability to work towards senior stakeholders   
•    Excellent communication skills in English with additional languages is a bonus
•    Good ability to plan, manage and execute work within complex topics and projects
•    Be bold, have integrity and always keep customers top of mind
