Who are you? 
We are looking for a tech savvy person who is passionate about coaching teams and individuals to get the best out of everyone. You understand agile leadership and have an interest and ability to coach others. In previous roles you may have worked with software development and have a good understanding in this field. You understand and create clarity explaining overall goals very well and find ways of visualizing activities that support the goals. Leading change and innovation come natural to you and you inspire others to follow. With a strong business acumen, you drive decision making towards our company objectives. 

To be successful in this role we believe that you have great communication skills, like to inspire people and challenge them to grow. Leading change and innovation comes natural to you and you inspire others to follow. You are a good listener, have a business mind and you like working closely to other managers and teams. You are not afraid of challenges, love change and are great in supporting people in a changing environment.

What you will do
In your role as Line Manager you will lead, coach and inspire your team(s), strive to bring out the best in each team member and pave the way for them to be engaged and high performing. You will be responsible for a group of developers and business responsible within Volvo Car Retail Solutions.

You will also 
•    Line manager for all personnel in the teams
•    Work with personnel development (competencies, personal skills, team mix)
•    Lead the group towards common business goals
•    Coach teams in the work process to ensure quality and efficiency
•    Coach individuals and help them grow, both as individuals and as professionals
•    Actively participate in the Development and Delivery management team and contribute to the development and improvement of our business and organization. 
•    Removing impediments that may hinder teams’ performance 
•    When needed recruit and onboard new experts

We believe that your background and skills include
•    Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
•    Very good experience in running agile processes and methods for software development
•    Building effective empowered teams
•    Highly effective in building trust and collaboration amongst stakeholders across the organization
•    High level of business acumen
•    Strong leadership skills and an agile mindset
