Industry Sector Manager i Mellansel

Bosch Rexroth in Mellansel develop, produce and deliver world-leading hydraulic drive systems and services under the Hägglunds brand.

The Mellansel site is the headquarter for Hägglunds global business from where world-wide sales and service are supported. The Hägglunds operation in Mellansel has about 350 employees and another 300 in in more than 40 countries globally. Our customers are found in the recycling, mining, wood pulp, sugar, plastic and oil industries, and also in many more areas.

We are now strengthen our team for global sales support with a couple of Industry Sector Managers. As an Industry Sector Manager you are responsible for a specific business area, with the task to technically and commercially support our sales colleagues around the world and to assist in marketing and promotional activities.

You need to be well updated about business development trends and customer needs. You shall also spread application and market knowledge to our global sales organization. It will be within your responsibility to initiate and request technical development of new solutions, functionalities and products to expand and grow the business. You will also support our Country Unit Sales Teams in developing local market and sales strategies. Another important task is to globally coordinate projects and business.

You have a technical or business education at university level, preferably on Master degree level. You have good knowledge about industrial business with at least a few years of practical experience from international sales and market support.

You have excellent verbal and written skills in English, with good communication skills and the ability to inspire and convince. Experience from working with differing cultures is an advantage.

The job requires traveling, for some 50-60 days annually. Your work place will be in Mellansel, 35 km outside the city of Örnsköldsvik in the region Västernorrland, in the northern part of Sweden.
