Background
Just over 2,500 employees work at Volvo Cars Body Components in Olofström (VCBC). Approximately 85% of our employees belong to IF Metall's collective agreement. We have a long history of producing body components for Volvo Cars and we are proud of what we accomplish. At the same time we are constantly developing as a company to be an obvious part in the future. 

In our PX-team in Olofström, we have different roles. Some of us work as HR business partners/HR generalists and some of us are specialists in areas such as labour affairs, recruitment, rehabilitation, competence, talent attraction or inclusion/diversity. Our role is to support and coach our managers in all HR related matters. We work locally but belong to a global organization.

In our profession, it includes everything from holding training courses, participating in management teams, meeting employees in rehabilitation processes and carrying out different types of investigations.

Scope
We do not have a specific assignment for you but are open to your suggestions. We are exited to hear your ideas and thoughts of a suitable thesis work.

We are looking for a student who are studying HR at a university or college and want to do their thesis work in the spring of 2023 with us.
 

It is important that you can speak and understand Swedish as large parts of the business use Swedish as their working language. 
 

We expect you to be open and curious.
 

Duration
•    The thesis work will start in January/February 2023, or when appropriate in your study plan.
•    This thesis work is to be conducted by 1 or 2 students.
