Are you a team player who wants to be part of Atea´s Service Desk team? Right now, we are looking for somebody who is interested in being a key factor in establishing new customers with focus on processes, documentation, and quality. You will be part of Service Desk Backoffice where the tasks vary in complexity and extent.
Your role in the team
As Onboarding Specialist at Atea Service Desk you will be part of Atea´s Backoffice team, with the main task of onboarding new customers to the Service Desk service, across Atea´s organization by utilizing our global processes. In addition to onboarding new customers, you will also have a key role in other areas where you will be leading smaller migration projects from the local countries, working with our knowledge base and administrating tools in our organization.We offer a place to develop your expertise and where each day offers new challenges to solve together with your colleagues and customers. Our team consist of highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialists and will support you in your daily operations.

Your personal characteristics are crucial to succeed in the role and to thrive at Atea. You are a people person who likes working toward ambitious goals and takes responsibility for your tasks. You plan your work efficiently, are organized and are able to prioritize well to keep deadlines. It’s also very meritable to be able to explain needs in a simple, plain way.
To success in the role as Service Desk Onboarding Specialist you should have the following competence:
- Being able to engage other people, while also being self sufficient
- Structured and goal oriented
- Expressing yourself well in text and speech in both English and Swedish.
- Experience with ITIL
It is also meritable with following characteristics/skills.
- Experience of working in ServiceNow
- Experience working with Microsoft office suite
- Experience with PPS or other project models
- Experience with Service Desk Services
